Celebrate with Bhavya's ("we", "us") plans and designs events in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us, such as your quote request.
  • We use it to reply to you and plan your event.
  • We never sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
  • This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics.

Information we collect

When you request a quote. Our Get a Quote form asks for your name, email address and mobile number, along with details about your event: dates, times, venue name and address, event type, estimated guests, services you're interested in, how you heard about us, and anything you'd like to tell us about your vision.

When you contact us directly. If you call, email or message us on social media, we receive whatever you share, such as your phone number, email address and message.

Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, the service that hosts this site may automatically record standard technical details (for example your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) in routine server logs used for security and to keep the site running. We don't use this to identify you.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To plan, coordinate and deliver your event if you book with us, including sharing necessary details with the vendors and venues involved in your event.
  • To keep records of our conversations and agreements.

We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How your quote request reaches us

When you press Send My Request, your form details are emailed to our inbox, and we send you a one-time thank-you email confirming we received it. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail. If our own email delivery is unavailable, your request is delivered through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that processes it only to deliver it to us. We never add you to a mailing list.

Other services this site uses

  • Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps / Reviews. If you follow them, those sites' own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.

Sharing your information

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers described above, with vendors and venues as needed to deliver an event you've booked, or if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and event records only as long as we need them to respond, deliver your event and meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Security

This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable care to protect the information you share. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don't include sensitive details like payment information in the form.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
